Macaroni Salad
Ingredients
- Elbow Macaroni - 1 cup
- Hard-boiled Eggs - 3 eggs chopped
- Celery - 3 stalks diced small
- Small Onion - 1 finely diced
- Stuffed Green Olives - 1/2 cup sliced
- Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
- Milk - 1/8 cup
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar - 1/8 cup
- Salt - to taste
- Black Pepper - to taste
Instructions
Cook elbows according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Place elbow macaroni, celery, onions and stuffed olives in serving bowl. In medium bowl mix mayonnaise, milk, sugar, vinegar and salt and pepper until blended. Pour over macaroni mix and toss; then add choped hard-boiled eggs and toss again. Refrigerate for at least a couple of hours. Garnish with radish roses or sliced hard-boiled eggs and sprinkle with small amount of paprika.
