Honey Mustard Carrots
Ingredients
- Baby Carrots - 1 lb. scraped
- Butter - 1 Tbs. melted
- Dijon Mustard - 1 Tbs.
- Honey - 1 Tbs.
- Ground Ginger - 1/4 tsp.
Instructions
Cook carrots in a small amount of boiling water until crisp tender; drain and keep warm. Combine butter, mustard, honey, and ginger, stir well. Pour over carrots; toss gently to coat. Serve.
