Chili
Ingredients
- Ground Beef - 2 lb.
- Red Kidney Beans - 2 lb.
- Large Onion - 2-1/2 choped
- Large Green Peppers - 2 chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Tomato Puree - 1 medium can
- Tomato Paste - 1 can
- Chili Powder - to taste
- Red Pepper - to taste
Instructions
In fry pan brown beef. Drain off fat. In a separate large pot saute peppers, onions, garlic. Add drained beef to pepper mixture. Mix well. Then add tomato puree, tomato paste, about one tablespoon chili powder and dash of optional red pepper. Keep it at a low simmering at least 3 hours.
