Cheesy Chili and Rice Skillet
Ingredients
- Hormel Chili with Beans - 15 oz. can
- Diced Tomatoes - 14-1/2 oz. can, undrained
- Water - 1 cup
- Minute White Rice - 2 cups, uncooked
- Velveeta Processed Chsses Spread - 1/2 lb. cut up
Instructions
Bring chili, tomatoes and water to boil in large skillet. Add rice and cheese spread; stir. Cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 4 minutes. Stir until cheese spread is melted. Makes 4 servings.
