Mini Rubens
Ingredients
- Rye Bread - 1 loaf
- Mustard - to taste
- Corned Beef - 1/2 lb. sliced
- Sauerkraut - 1 small can
- Swiss Cheese - 1/4 lb. sliced
Instructions
Spread mustard on each slice of rye bread. Layer corned beef slice, cover beef with sauerkraut, then add slice of Swiss cheese. Cheese may need to be cut to size of bread. Place in broiler until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
